Mermaid Kita 

Mermaid Kita is not responsible for the actions of children. Children under 7 and children who can not swim must be accompanied or watched by a parent or guardian and must use proper fitting life vests. Mermaid Kita is a lifeguard but can not be actively on guard wile in tail. A party more than five kids requires a lifeguard to be present. If your party requires a lifeguard to be present, there must be one hired by the host of the party to maintain the safety of the children. 

All costs of parties may differ due to driving distance, supplies, and other necessities. Any distance outside of 40 miles must add traveling fees to final cost. All bookings start at $150/ hr minimum. 

A non-refundable deposit must be made in order to reserve your date and time. 

final payments must be made 1 week prior to the booked date. If cancellation occurs, a call must be made within 24 hours before scheduled date. 

Rain dates must be determined at time of scheduling if needed. 

all events and parties must be scheduled 4 weeks in advance. A fee will apply for those who schedule past the 4 week mark and will not be accepted past two weeks before the date of the party.

host and guests must sign confirmation form  and photography consent form .
